What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is until 12:00 p.m. on the departure day. If you need flexibility with these times, message Gustavo on WhatsApp and we'll coordinate based on availability.Are pets allowed?
Yes, well-behaved pets are welcome. We only ask that you let us know when booking how many are coming and their size so we can prepare the house. The garden is fenced.What does the cabin rental include?
It includes the full cabin for up to 8 guests: fully-made bedrooms, bathrooms with towels, fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, utensils), living room with fireplace, private garden, parking, and Wi-Fi. Experiences (temazcal, pizza, garden, river, gastronomy workshops) are booked separately if you'd like to add them.How do I get to Quinta Serenidad?
We're in Misantla, Veracruz — among highland mountains, close to the river. From downtown Misantla it's about a 15-minute drive. Once your booking is confirmed, Gustavo sends you the exact Google Maps location and detailed directions.How does booking and payment work?
Pick dates and guests in the Book button on the page and send the request. Your dates are held for 1 hour while you confirm with Gustavo on WhatsApp. Payment is coordinated directly with him — by bank transfer or whichever method you prefer. The website doesn't charge anything automatically.What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance get the full deposit back. With less than 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable but can be moved to another date within the next 6 months, subject to availability. For special cases, message Gustavo on WhatsApp.Is there cell signal and Wi-Fi?
Yes, there's Wi-Fi throughout the cabin with good speed for video calls and streaming. Cell signal works well on Telcel and Movistar; AT&T can be weaker in some parts of the garden.
